This Privacy Policy explains how Gavia Technologies Inc. (“Gavia,” “we,”

1) Scope
This Policy applies to information collected through the Services. It does not apply to
third-party websites, services, or applications that may be linked from the Site or used
to provide certain functionality (for example, hosting providers, analytics tools, and
data providers). Those third parties are governed by their own policies.
2) Information we collect
The Services are primarily informational (for example: IP address display, IP info,
reverse DNS, DNS lookups, and WHOIS-related results). Depending on how you use the Site,
we may collect:
- Network and device information: your public IP address, user agent, approximate location (derived from IP), browser type, device type, operating system, language, referral URL, and similar technical data.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, clicks, and performance diagnostics.
- Lookups you submit: for example, hostnames, domains, email-related fields (like MX/SPF checks), or IP addresses you enter to run a tool.
- Communications: if you email us, we collect the information you provide (such as your email address and message content).
3) Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:
- remember preferences and improve user experience,
- understand how the Site is used (analytics),
- help prevent abuse and protect the Services, and
- measure the effectiveness of content and promotions.
You can control cookies through your browser settings (including blocking or deleting cookies). If you disable cookies, some features may not function properly.
4) How we use information
We use information we collect to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services,
- run and display results for the tools you use,
- monitor, detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, and security issues,
- debug issues and analyze performance,
- respond to inquiries and provide support, and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
5) Log files
Like many websites, our servers may automatically record log information when you use the Services. Logs may include IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and timestamps. We use logs for security, diagnostics, and service improvement.
6) Sharing and disclosure
We may share information:
- with service providers who help us operate the Site (for example, hosting, analytics, monitoring, and support tools) and who are contractually restricted to use the information only to provide services to us;
- for legal and safety reasons if we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public (for example, to respond to lawful requests, subpoenas, or court orders); and
- in a business transfer (such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale), where information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
7) Affiliate links and promotions
The Site may include affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link, the third party may set cookies or use similar technologies to track referrals. For more information, see our
Affiliate Disclosure.
8) Advertising and analytics
We may use analytics services to understand how the Site is used. We may also display advertisements now or in the future. Third parties that provide analytics or advertising services may collect information via cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own policies.
9) Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why we collected it.
10) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11) International users
If you access the Services from outside the country where our systems and service providers are located, your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in those locations.
12) Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address it.
13) Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing, and the right to data portability. You may also have the right to opt out of certain targeted advertising or “sale”/“sharing” of personal information as defined by applicable law.
To exercise applicable rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your request and may deny requests where permitted by law (for example, when we cannot reasonably verify identity or where exceptions apply).
14) Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no uniform standard for recognizing or responding to DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them.
15) Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after any change indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy.
16) Contact us
